You will be required to work at least 1 day per week from our Support Office in Alcester
What you’ll be doing
-
Designing, building and deploying machine learning models that solve real business challenges.

Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective modelling approaches.
-
Using Python, SQL, and Snowflake to build scalable, high-value solutions.
-
Supporting deployment workflows and working with engineers to get models into production.
-
Communicating results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Sharing knowledge through code reviews and mentoring colleagues.
What we’re looking for
-
Strong technical skills in Python and SQL, with a solid grounding in machine learning and statistics.
-
Proven experience building models in production or near-production environments.
-
Ability to explain complex ideas simply, and adapt communication for different audiences.
-
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership of your work.
-
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, GitHub, or deep learning frameworks would be a bonus.
