Contractual Hours
37.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
This role is temporary to cover a secondment period of the postholder and is working term time only.
We are recruiting a temporary Safeguarding Lead. You will ensure that you are upholding the College’s Safeguarding policy and working within current legislative guidelines and you will be responsible for a high standard of Safeguarding support and that all Safeguarding referrals are dealt with timely. In addition, you will provide training for staff to ensure understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values and other related topics and manage a caseload of safeguarding referrals as allocated by line supervision, ensuring that all clients are followed up at regular intervals until case closure.
