We are seeking a progress coach to engage with learners during one-on-one Progress Reviews or in small CPD groups, focusing on strategies that foster self-esteem and confidence. You will create and facilitate impactful and consistent CPD sessions tailored to the needs of the college while aligning with the Gatsby framework. We desire an individual who will promote lively debates and discussions among tutees and their peers to enhance group communication skills and deepen subject understanding. Additionally, this role will assist in facilitating smooth transitions for learners identified as at-risk, whether moving from school to college or advancing from year to year.
