Administrator - Bristol Outreach (17.5 hours)

Bristol Outreach is one of our South West based services where we support adults in their own home and communities or in the residential setting of Pinecroft. We support autistic adults to gain skills to live independently, promote their health and wellbeing and inclusion in their local community.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with an excellent attention to detail to support our management team to support Bristol Outreach in delivering the excellent standard of support.

Ideally, the administrator will be working in the office in the service, and this could be moved to a hybrid model after probation has been completed.

The role will include:

  • Data entry of staff information including updating People Planner, ensuring the data is correct.
  • Supporting the manager in all administration tasks regarding support.
  • Sending letters and acting as the first point of call for all visitors.
  • Ensuring all staff and service user information is correct and up to date.
  • Other duties as required.

This role is 17.5 hours a week, and due to the nature of the service, we can be flexible with how these hours are worked, and we welcome a discussion with you about this at interview and so as such, the working pattern is to be decided. The salary for this role is £10,410.40

A full driving license and access to a car is preferred due to the location of the service.
