About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer with a genuine passion for a career in the rail industry to join our growing team in Sydney.
You will have a background in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Civil or Systems Engineering, supported by strong communication skills, effective teamwork, report‑writing capability, and a commitment to learning and development.
This role is structured around a three‑year graduate training program, designed to bridge the gap between education and professional practice. Reporting to a team of management consultants, you will gain hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of rail projects, rotating through our departments on a six‑monthly basis.
By the end of the program, you will have been exposed to rail assignments across:
· Advisory & Strategic Planning
· Railway Operations
· Systems Integration & Technical Services
· Asset Management & Maintenance
· Project & Program Management
Your work will be varied and may include contributing to research‑based project deliverables, developing technical requirements, and supporting bid and proposal delivery.

About you

· Recently completed a relevant degree (as outlined above);
