Team Leader

What you’ll be doing:
- Support with the service day-to-day running by leading and supporting the staff team.
- Carrying out supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings, and ensuring that training needs are understood.
- Arranging activities & helping the people we support achieve their goals whilst having fun in the process.
- Manage rotas daily.
- Liaise with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals.
- Preferably drivers
Who you are:
- Experience in care is essential and you must have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care or be willing to work towards this qualification.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually on your own.
- Have good communication skills and be always approachable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
