Team Leader

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join us at our service on Chester Road in Wrexham!

What you’ll be doing:

• Support with the service day-to-day running by leading and supporting the staff team.
• Carrying out supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings, and ensuring that training needs are understood.
• Arranging activities & helping the people we support achieve their goals whilst having fun in the process.
• Manage rotas daily.
• Liaise with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals.
• Preferably drivers 

Who you are:

• Experience in care is essential and you must have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care or be willing to work towards this qualification.
• Able to work as part of a team or individually on your own.
• Have good communication skills and be always approachable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
