Support Worker
We are looking for Support workers to join our Service in Birkenhead

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support are adults who may have learning difficulties, and/or mental health issues.
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- This is within a supported living service for up to 17 adults in their own flats, over 3 buildings adjacent to each other, with on-site parking facilities.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Flexible due to service requirements, as shifts can include days, evenings, and sleep-ins.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
