We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused Cluster Manager to lead and inspire multiple branches within your region. If you’re passionate about coaching teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide inspirational leadership to branch managers and their teams across your cluster. 
  • Build effective working relationships that foster trust, collaboration and accountability. 
  • Coach and develop colleagues to deliver high performance in line with strategic goals. 
  • Ensure every ranch plays a meaningful role in its local community. 
  • Champion customer service excellence by supporting teams to understand and meet customer needs. 
  • Oversee operational standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Support customer interactions – face to face, over the phone and through our digital channels to drive positive outcomes. 
  • Be proactive in planning, agile in execution and resilient in overcoming challenges. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Proven experience leading multiple teams within a customer-facing environment. 
  • Strong coaching, communication and people development skills. 
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service. 
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively across teams. 
  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) relevant regulatory and compliance framework.
