As a Senior Customer Consultant, you will support our customers to find the right financial solutions in a welcomed and supported environment.

Our Senior Customer Consultant support delivery of our purpose by providing:

  • Excellent Customer experience
  • Good customer engagement
  • Optimising opportunities
  • Deliver structured activities to support the branch effectiveness

You will work closely with the branch manager; occasionally standing in for them, to coach and develop a team of customer consultants. 

Skills needed:

  • Problem-Solving
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Build strong relationships with customers, members and the local community
  • Excellent communication skills
