We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner who will have responsibility for supporting stakeholders across our business with their financial needs, enabling them to make decisions.

This is a diverse role that encompasses a variety of requirements to provide financial support & partnering to enable decisions across the business:- This could include investment appraisal, translating strategies into financial outputs, decision support, complex pricing analysis, developing reporting and measures, supporting with cost budgeting & forecasting. This opportunity will offer experience to departments across the organisation with a varied range of requirements.

The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership, investigating problems and solutions, in often novel situations, lead on often complex and ambiguous work and be proactive in investigating problems and solutions.

You will need to be comfortable making recommendations and decisions often without having complete information.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Comfortable analysing complex or ambiguous information and making decisions
    • Excellent stakeholder management at a variety of levels including senior management & Exec
    • Knowledge of costing models and investment appraisal
    • Knowledge of balance sheet and margin mechanics
    • Experience in financial services
