As Enterprise Delivery Lead, you'll be accountable for the ownership, management, and delivery of the Enterprise Kanban and associated flexible resource capacity, aligned to our wider Enterprise strategy and the Principality Change Model.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering value across the organisation by coordinating a cross-functional team, driving prioritisation through our QBR process, and ensuring that change delivery is executed efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead a cross-functional delivery team of 15-20 change professionals to execute complex, enterprise-wide regulatory and technology initiatives, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and governance is established across all streams.
  • Provide Line and Performance Management for circa 5 Projects Managers.
  • Oversee delivery of the Enterprise Kanban and Roadmap, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and Business Partnering Function needs.
  • Collaborate across Business units, Communities of Practice and Enterprise Functions to ensure resource and delivery alignment
  • Actively contribute to Enterprise QBR and planning cycles, managing resource contention and promoting enterprise-wide prioritisation
  • Champion the PBS Change Playbook and Lean governance, ensuring delivery is standardised, value-driven and adaptable
  • Optimise resource utilisation to maximise delivery of strategic OKRs and enterprise value

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience leading delivery in a complex, matrix-managed organisation
  • Skilled at communicating complex strategies and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Confident navigating resistance or delivery impediments and resolving blockers collaboratively
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Strong judgment in analysing and filtering information for decision-making, with the ability to balance priorities
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, coaching others and promoting leadership through influence
  • Organised and proactive self-starter, able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

At Principality, we're proud to be a purpose-led organisation focused on helping people prosper in their homes and communities. As Enterprise Delivery Lead, you’ll be central to how we deliver meaningful change across the business, working alongside people who care about making a difference.
