Spring into a new opportunity! Our Perth Outreach Services are expanding, creating more opportunities to support autistic adults to live full and enriched lives. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to four autistic adults across the week, helping them engage in social, learning and community-based activities led by their specific interests and goals.

What You’ll Do:
As an Autism Practitioner, you’ll:

  • Build positive relationships with supported people and their families.
  • Develop and deliver personalised support plans.
  • Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion.
  • Support people to achieve their goals and engage with their chose activities.
  • Be a part of someone’s journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations.

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.
