🧾 What’s the Role?
As a Billing Co-ordinator, you’ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, making sure our billing engine runs like clockwork. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team responsible for generating accurate, timely invoices and keeping our financial operations smooth and seamless.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of monthly billing runs and ensuring every penny is accounted for.
- Investigating and resolving billing queries like a financial detective.
- Collaborating with internal teams and customers to keep everything on track.
- Testing systems, analysing data, and spotting opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting VAT returns and audits – because details matter!
🧠What You Bring to the Table
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for numbers.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between.
- Experience in a busy billing environment (bonus points for Excel wizardry!).
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems.
- Studying AAT or similar? Even better!
