We’re now looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented Java and .NET teams, helping shape the future of our technical delivery and innovation.
đź The Role
As Software Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical development, reporting directly to the Head of Software Engineering. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement, ensuring our software solutions align with business goals and deliver real value to our clients.
You’ll be a key player in our SAFe Agile transformation, collaborating with internal teams and our partner Zenitech, including occasional travel to Lithuania for on-site collaboration.
đ What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire Java and .NET development teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Dive into code when needed to troubleshoot or guide development.
- Collaborate with architects to shape scalable, efficient technical solutions.
- Champion Agile practices and drive SAFe adoption across teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Present strategies and progress to wider audiences with clarity and impact.

- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical foundation in Java and/or .NET, with hands-on coding ability.
- Experience with Azure, DevOps practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and innovation.
- Experience in vendor management and cross-border team collaboration.

- Betting industry experience or interest in gaming technologies.
- Familiarity with reusable CI/CD pipelines and pipelines-as-code.
- Experience implementing Scaled Agile frameworks.
