  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Managing recruitment spend and maximising direct sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and reporting requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Alongside recruitment, you'll provide first-class HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating onboarding and new starter processes.
  • Preparing contracts, employment documentation and probation paperwork.
  • Administering employee benefits including Pension, Cycle to Work and Private Healthcare schemes.
  • Processing promotions, salary reviews, contractual changes and employee records updates.
  • Supporting absence, holiday and employee administration processes.
  • Coordinating payroll information and liaising with payroll providers.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Providing practical HR guidance and escalating complex employee relations matters where required.
  • Producing HR reports, dashboards and people metrics.
  • Supporting audits, compliance activity and HR improvement projects.
