What is this programme? This is a full-time position working within our Marketing Team whilst studying towards a degree.
The degree is a work-based programme designed to provide the essential knowledge, understanding and skills required to operate effectively, and lead on the creation and execution of digital marketing strategy. Core areas of the programme focus on developing a broad understanding of the principles for marketing, web technologies and consumer behaviours.

How does it work? You will join us prior to the start of your degree in September become familiar with the way we work. Throughout the programme, you will be assessed via various methods including, reports, presentations, professional discussions, assignments and work-based projects. The remainder of your time will be spent working in our offices in our offices in Redditch, Worcestershire.

We are now seeking an individual who can join our Marketing Team whilst studying towards a BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in Digital Marketing.
What role would you be applying for with M.A.C. Solutions?
The role which we are currently looking to fill is that of a Marketing Assistant. You will have a great overview of what a Marketing role is and will have the opportunity to deep dive in more “specialty” functions like event organisation.
Mastering administration and basics in your first months will allow you to use that foundation to develop into a strong marketing professional, capable of handling a marketing role at the end of your apprenticeship.
The purpose of this role is:
• Supporting the Marketing Team and BDM’s locally and internationally
• Supporting key functions in crucial point of sales acceleration and in delivering excellence in all our sales processes.
• Embody the company values in all engagements with customers, prospects, partners and suppliers.
• Be an enthusiastic and engaged advocate for M.A.C. Solutions
• Fully and enthusiastically, participate in Meetings to develop self-learning and share best practice.
• Effectively communicate with members of the team to ensure a good understanding of products and services.
What are the entry requirements?
• A Levels or Equivalent, with Level 2 Maths & English
• GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade 4 ( C ) or above
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Keen to develop their understanding of the general digital marketing landscape
• Self-motivated but a good team player
• Inquisitive personality
• Desire to develop skills and knowledge in role and via the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship
