What’s on offer:
Hourly Rate: £13.21 plus holiday pay calculated at 15.55% (equivalent of 35 days paid leave per year)
Duration: Fixed-term contract starting in Term 3, 2025 and ending on 4th July 2026 (subject to a 6-month probationary period), with work continuing throughout the next academic year (2025/2026).
Hours: You will be expected to work an average of 2 shifts a week (an average of 10-12 hours a week) throughout term time; although we cannot guarantee these hours. Flexibility of working patterns from Monday to Sunday which includes daytime and evening work, general working hours 11:30am to 6pm or 6pm till close. Occasional vacation work available.
Location: Warwick Students’ Union, Coventry. Occasional off site working is required.

What’s the role?
Working in the Dirty Duck as an F&B Team Leader, you will be required to lead a team of food and beverage assistants to ensure a high standard of service is provided to customers, food and drinks are served in an efficient manner and a safe, clean working environment is maintained.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver a high level of service in a fast paced catering setting. You should have experience of achieving and maintaining high levels of health, safety and cleanliness in this environment to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
You should be able to demonstrate initiative and good verbal communication whilst overseeing the Food and Beverage Assistant Team to ensure the successful delivery of food and drinks service and the safe operation of our Outlets during our day to day operations.
