Assistant, North (NDF22)

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 December 2025, working 35 hours per week(Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

Salary: £27,401 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. 

Location: Manchester (The role will be based in Manchester; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) 

 

Role Details: We have a temporary opportunity for an Assistant in the North area supporting a range of different administration aspects including direct support for 2-3 SRMs and wider north area Operational activity. 

As Assistant you will support the North Area Team with a range of duties, including diary management, booking internal and external meetings, supporting internal grant making processes and more general administrative support.

We are looking to recruit an organised individual who is enthusiastic, proactive, can prioritise effectively, and is willing to step in and help where required.
