(ICF39) - 1 X Fixed term contract until 27 March 2026, 35 hours per week (Full Time)
(ICF46) - 1 X Fixed term contract until 31 October 2025, 28 hours per week

Salary: £27,401 per annum (pro-rata for part time), plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester (The role will be based at our Manchester office, however we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on site contact days with other members if the team, normally 1-2 days a week.)
As an Assistant (Grant Management), you will be responsible for providing a consistent and high-quality grant management service and associated functions. You will provide advice and support to applicants and staff across the organisation and deliver assessment and monitoring services. In addition, you'll work with post holders across the Chief Operating Officer’s unit, relationship managers, Officer, Compliance and Improvement, the Senior officer and officers in the Business Support team. If you were already in this Assistant (Grant Management) role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
- Providing entry management, conducting eligibility checks, and providing risk checks
- Supporting our decision-making processes for all of our funding programmes
- Managing the post-decision grant process, including recording decisions (where applicable) and monitoring grant conditions and grant closure
- Implementing contact management checks on all applications received and reviewing contact details in line with the fraud policy
