Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about supporting students? Bishop Burton College is seeking Examination Invigilators to assist in the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. You'll be responsible for overseeing exams, ensuring adherence to procedures, and providing a supportive environment for candidates.

What you will do

  • Set up exam venues and lay out materials.
  • Guide students to their seats and explain examination rules.
  • Supervise exams, address candidate queries, and maintain a quiet, controlled environment.
  • Manage exam materials, check attendance, and collect scripts.
  • Assist with pre- and post-exam processes, including packing and delivering exam papers.

You will possess good levels of numeracy and literacy, with GCSEs in English and Math's preferred, have the ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skill, experience working in educational settings is advantageous but not essential and committed to safeguarding children and young people.
