Director of Faculty - Land Based
Salary £56,986 Per Annum
37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30sm to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
In this key role, you’ll provide direction and oversight for all Land Based provision across our FE and HE curriculum. You will lead on operational planning, curriculum development, quality assurance, and resource management—ensuring our programmes meet the evolving needs of learners, industry, and the wider economy. The role also includes responsibility for student recruitment, progression, and achievement, alongside financial performance and staffing.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in land-based education, proven experience in leading curriculum and quality improvements, and a track record of managing teams to deliver results. A solid understanding of sector priorities and funding requirements is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across the College and with external stakeholders.
