Bishop Burton College is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Lecturer to join our Sport department. As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You will be responsible for engaging students through innovative lessons, practical training, and mentorship. Your ability to bring real-world knowledge into the classroom will be instrumental in preparing students for their future careers.

Key responsibilities include delivering structured teaching sessions, assessing student progress, managing educational visits, and ensuring students remain motivated and disciplined throughout their studies. You will also contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and student recruitment efforts.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with employers to develop meaningful industry links that enrich the student experience. Additionally, you will be part of a dedicated team of educators committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and dynamic learning environment.
