About the Role:
As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of planning, managing, and delivering a variety of events designed to enhance student recruitment, build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support commercial objectives. From college open days to public events, your innovative ideas and meticulous execution will make a lasting impression on our audiences.

Based at our Bishop Burton campus, with responsibilities spanning both this location and Riseholme College in Lincolnshire, this role offers an exciting chance to work across diverse settings. Your work will directly contribute to the college’s overarching marketing strategy, helping us to achieve our goals while ensuring all events are delivered to the highest standard and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate open events, taster sessions, and other initiatives to engage with prospective students.
  • Create, execute, and track event-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality outcomes.
  • Support social media marketing and website content development tied to events.
  • Produce marketing assets to effectively promote and showcase events.
