Bishop Burton College is looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Early Years to join our Creative, Care and Business team.

Are you an experienced Early Years or Primary practitioner who is ready to take the next step in shaping the future workforce? You might currently be working as an Early Years Educator, Primary Teacher, Nursery Manager, Room Leader, Teaching Assistant, SEN Practitioner or Early Childhood professional—someone who lives and breathes high-quality practice and is passionate about helping others to learn it too.

You may currently be leading learning in an Early Years setting, helping children build strong developmental foundations, or teaching in an EYFS or primary classroom and now looking to share your expertise beyond the school environment. Perhaps you’ve been supporting apprentices or mentoring new staff and discovered how much you enjoy developing others, or you may be working in a childcare, education or family support role where you’ve gained valuable insight into child development, safeguarding, behaviour and inclusive practice.

Wherever you are, you’ve built real, hands-on experience—experience that our students need.

At Bishop Burton College, you’ll join a team who are passionate about delivering outstanding teaching and preparing learners for real-world success. This is your opportunity to step into a role where your industry knowledge truly makes a difference: delivering engaging lessons, developing future practitioners, and helping students gain the understanding and confidence they need to succeed in Early Years or Primary Education.

If you’re ready to inspire the next generation, bring your professional experience into the classroom and be part of our supportive, forward-thinking college community, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help shape the future of Early Years education.
