Apprenticeships Operations Manager
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes and driving innovation in work-based learning? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apprenticeships Operations Manager to lead our Services to Business provision.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the successful delivery of all Services to Business programmes, including apprenticeships and Functional Skills. You will oversee the full learner journey, ensuring consistently high achievement rates and a positive experience for both learners and employers.
As part of the role, you will lead and support a team of Apprenticeship Coordinators, Assessors, and Functional Skills staff. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality assurance standards are met, maintaining full compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and driving curriculum development that meets sector demands.
A core focus will be the development of strong employer relationships to ensure our programmes remain relevant and aligned with industry needs. Budget monitoring and ensuring programme viability will also form an important part of your remit.
We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced professional with a background in apprenticeship delivery or work-based learning. You should have a proven track record in leading successful apprenticeship programmes, with a strong understanding of current frameworks, standards, and quality assurance processes.
You will hold a recognised teaching qualification, and Assessor/Internal Verifier qualifications (such as A1/V1 or D32/D33/D34) are highly desirable. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach, are essential for this role.
