We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Sport Science (Strength and Conditioning) to join our Higher Education team on a sessional, fixed-term basis until 31 July 2026.

In this role, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching in strength and conditioning, as well as sport and exercise therapy and rehabilitation. You’ll inspire students on our degree-level programmes, support their academic and personal development, and prepare them for success in the graduate employment market.

You will bring:

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Sport Science (or related discipline, e.g. Strength & Conditioning) and a BSc in Sport Science or similar.

  • Recent industry experience in strength and conditioning.

  • A Level 5 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success.

It would be an advantage if you have experience in curriculum development, research in performance or therapy, or teaching in Higher Education.
