In this rewarding role, you will take on a pivotal position as the Group Tutor for Level 1 students, providing both academic and pastoral support to learners at the very beginning of their further education experience. Your guidance will be instrumental in helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and prepare for progression within the health and social care sector.

In addition to your tutor responsibilities, you will be teaching across Levels 1 to 3, delivering engaging, relevant and high-quality lessons that meet a range of learner needs. You will be involved in the full cycle of teaching and learning—planning lessons, assessing student progress, supporting enrichment activities, and contributing to the development and quality assurance of the curriculum.

A background in the health and social care sector is essential, as is a student-centred approach, resilience, and strong communication skills.
