Up To £32,407 Full Tim Equivalent, Depending on Qualifications and Experience 

22.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Wednesday 8.30-5pm, 1 Hour Lunch Break 

You’re a passionate and creative florist with experience turning designs into stunning arrangements — someone who finds joy in sharing their artistry with others. Perhaps you’re currently managing a busy floristry business, leading a creative team in a retail or event environment, or teaching workshops to the next generation of florists.

You bring hands-on industry experience, a strong understanding of commercial floristry, and a flair for inspiring learners to reach their potential. Confident in your craft and committed to high standards, you’re ready to take the next step — shaping future florists and helping them thrive in a professional, practical learning environment.

Teaching both Level 3 and Higher Education floristry students, you’ll use your industry knowledge to inspire creativity, develop technical ability, and prepare learners for success in this ever-evolving industry.
