Bishop Burton College and Riseholme College are seeking d ynamic and committed Lecturers in Sport (HE) to join our vibrant Higher Education faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sport education and support learners as they progress into the graduate employment market. There are 2 roles available, one at our Riseholme campus (Lecturer in Sport) and one at our Bishop Burton campus (lecturer in Sport -Strength and Conditioning) 

As a Lecturer in Sport, you will make a significant contribution to the teaching and learning of sport-related subjects, with a focus on higher national qualifications. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality sessions, supporting students through assessment and academic guidance, and contributing to curriculum development.

You will be part of a collaborative and driven team, dedicated to improving student recruitment, retention, and achievement. 

We currently have sessional hours available at Riseholme campus:

  • 546 hours at our Riseholme campus (average of 19.5 hours per week over a 28 week period)
