Director of Teaching Excellence and Innovation

£56,986 Per Annum 

37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30sm to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch)

We are seeking a Director of Teaching Excellence and Innovation to lead the strategic development of teaching and learning across our Bishop Burton and Riseholme campuses.

This senior role will shape and implement the College’s approach to high-quality, inclusive, and evidence-informed education. Working closely with the Executive Team, you’ll support curriculum leaders, strengthen professional practice, and help build a collaborative, improvement-focused culture across departments. You will lead initiatives that enhance pedagogy, curriculum design, and student engagement, ensuring the College continues to meet high standards and respond to sector priorities.

We are looking for a proven educational leader with experience of driving improvements in teaching and learning. You’ll bring a deep understanding of quality frameworks and curriculum development, alongside strong people skills and the ability to lead change at an institutional level.
