This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse campus with travel to our other amazing campuses when necessary. The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to strategically lead a diverse and dynamic faculty, including the academies of Health and Social Care, Early Years, Business, Travel and Tourism, and Hair and Beauty. You will play a key role in shaping the faculty’s vision and direction, ensuring it responds effectively to the needs of students, apprentices, employers, and the wider community. With full accountability for the faculty’s success, you'll drive the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant programmes that lead to exceptional learning experiences and outstanding outcomes. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers and representative bodies will be central to the role, helping to ensure the curriculum remains current, responsive, and impactful.

You are a passionate and driven educational leader with a strong commitment to delivering excellence in teaching, learning, and student support. With a proven ability to lead strategic, business, and curriculum planning, you bring creativity, innovation, and a results-focused mindset. You have a track record of improving performance, achieving financial targets, and building high-performing, motivated teams. Your leadership style is collaborative and inspiring, supported by strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. You are confident in managing employer partnerships and driving curriculum relevance through industry engagement. You hold appropriate qualifications in your field, including teaching and leadership, and are committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
