In this key position, you will play a vital role in guiding customers, both internal and external by providing valuable information and advice on courses and careers as part of the Careers Guidance Team.   
 
Your proactive approach will ensure that enquiries and appointment requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, often requiring you to collaborate closely with various academic and business support teams within the College.
