Bishop Burton College is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer to join our team and inspire the next generation of professional students in the land based sector. Our campus features over 360 hectares of working farmland, where students can engage with real-world farming practices, from crop production to livestock management. Our resources are equipped with the latest machinery and precision farming technology, offering a comprehensive learning experience in modern methods in the land based sector. Here, students get hands-on exposure to everything from tractor operations to sustainable farming practices, ensuring they are equipped with industry-ready skills.

As a Lecturer in land based studies, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping students’ futures, using our outstanding facilities to deliver high quality teaching and learning alongside engaging, practical education that connects theory with practice.
