Salary £28,869 Per Annum

37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-4.30pm (1 hour for lunch). 

We are seeking a passionate and committed Maths Lecturer to join our Maths and English team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners by delivering high-quality, engaging Maths teaching across a range of programmes.

The successful candidate will teach both GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, contributing to curriculum planning and student assessment. You’ll be confident in designing creative lessons that support progress and stretch learners to achieve their full potential.

You should hold a good honours degree in Maths or a related subject, alongside a recognised teaching qualification. Experience delivering Maths in a further education setting is essential, and familiarity with Edexcel Functional Skills is an advantage.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy to the classroom, builds strong relationships with students, and supports a positive learning environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills are key, along with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
