We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our Landbased team as a Lecturer in Agriculture, with a particular focus on arable production and land-based machinery.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of agricultural programmes, helping students develop essential skills in crop production, farm machinery operations, and the wider arable sector. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of teaching or training experience and a background in the agricultural industry. Experience delivering subject-specific units and using modern learning technologies is also important.
A teaching qualification and assessor’s award are desirable, but not essential—we are happy to support the right candidate to achieve these.
If you are enthusiastic about inspiring the next generation of agricultural professionals and have the resilience, creativity, and motivation to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
