37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30sm to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch)

Bishop Burton College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Public Services to inspire and prepare the next generation of public service professionals.

We are looking to attract current lecturers or trainers in public services from other FE colleges or training providers, as well as serving or recently retired professionals from the police, fire and rescue service, armed forces, prison service, probation service, or border force. Additionally, we welcome public sector workers in leadership, training, or community engagement roles who are interested in transitioning into education.

If you have a relevant degree, industry experience, and a commitment to motivating others, we want to hear from you — and if you don’t yet hold a teaching qualification, we will fully support you in obtaining one.
