Bishop Burton College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Business to deliver BTEC Level 3 Business to our learners. You’ll play a key role in engaging and inspiring students, preparing them for higher education or employment in the sector. Depending on experience, you may also take on Group Tutor responsibilities, supporting students with their academic progress and personal development.
Who we’re looking for
An inspiring teacher or industry professional with strong knowledge of Business, ideally with experience in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Enterprise. You’ll be adaptable, student-focused and passionate about helping learners succeed.
What you could be doing now

Teaching BTEC Level 3 Business in another FE college or sixth form

Delivering GCSE or A Level Business, Economics or related subjects

Supporting apprentices or adult learners in a training environment

Working in business or industry — in management, accounting, HR, marketing, or consultancy — and ready to share your expertise through teaching
