Head of Area - Animal Management
Salary £48,138 Per Annum
37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30sm to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Head of Area – Animal Management to lead our dynamic and evolving curriculum team. Based at our stunning countryside campus near Hull and York, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of animal management at the College
As Head of Area, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery, development, and quality of our Animal Management programmes across Further Education and Higher Education. You’ll lead and motivate a team of lecturers and support staff, ensure high standards of teaching and learning, and build strong links with industry to enrich our students' experience.
We’re looking for a qualified teacher with proven leadership experience in education, a passion for curriculum innovation, and a deep understanding of quality assurance and learner success.
