Are you someone who lives and breathes English—whether that’s literature, language, or creative writing—and is passionate about shaping the next generation of learners? You might already be working in a school, sixth form, or college, supporting students through GCSE or functional skills. Perhaps you’re teaching in a different setting, delivering workshops, tutoring, or supporting learning in a pastoral or classroom-based role.

Wherever you are now, you’re someone who loves seeing learners grow in confidence. You take pride in helping students find their voice, develop their understanding, and achieve their goals. You’re confident using technology in the classroom, comfortable managing a busy workload, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.

You might be an Early Career Teacher, an experienced educator, or someone working in an industry role who has strong English expertise and a desire to move into teaching. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your resilience, and your motivation to work with young people.

If you’re ready to bring your knowledge, creativity, and passion for English to a forward-thinking college, we’d love to hear from you.
