Are you passionate about brickwork and ready to shape the future of the construction industry?

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and inspiring Construction Coach and Assessor to guide and support our Level 2 Bricklaying and Level 3 Craft Bricklaying students. From their very first day to their final End Point Assessment, you'll be a key player in helping our learners succeed.

This is more than just a teaching role — it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of future tradespeople. You’ll be involved from the recruitment and onboarding of new apprentices right through to preparing them for their Gateway assessments and successful completion through the NOCN awarding body.

We are looking for a qualified brickwork professional trained to Level 4 or above, with a strong working knowledge of Health & Safety in construction environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering apprenticeships and a genuine passion for supporting learners to grow and succeed. We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, practical expertise, and a mentoring mindset to both the classroom and the workshop.
