Role Title: Senior Programme and Post Sales Officer

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £30,528-£38,222 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Contract: Maternity cover (for up to 12 months)

Location: Dartford / Agile

You will be managing the administrative support to ensure delivery of our development programme. You will also be responsible for monitoring the data quality of advertisements on websites and core information that has been entered onto our systems.

We support agile working, so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.

You will be:

  • Supporting the Programme Manager and Performance to ensure delivery of effective programme and performance for both Development and sales and marketing.
  • Monitor and allocating incoming tasks received in the team’s inbox, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Review and submit all resale property advertisements entered onto the relevant websites e.g. Moat Homes, Share to Buy, Help to Buy and Keaze.
  • Regularly monitoring and reviewing exception reports to ensure that Moat’s core systems e.g. Sequel, CRM and the housing management system are kept up to date and any discrepancies corrected.
  • Assisting the Programme Manager in reviewing existing processes and procedures recommending areas for improvement.
  • Assisting the Programme Manager in the management and preparation of both the HCA/GLA internal audits in respect of development and sales and marketing to maintain Moat’s green light status.
  • Assisting the programme Manager in compiling the monthly Sales & Marketing performance information reports for the monthly management meetings.
  • Deputising for the Programme Manager as appropriate.

We are on the lookout for someone who has:

  • A good standard of education, with proficiency in English and maths.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel, and in the use of customer contact databases.
  • Proficient in office administration – organising systems, records and files.
  • An understanding of the Capital Funding Guide.
  • An understanding of the key stages of construction and acquisition processes.

It’s also additional, but not essential to have:

  • A sound grasp of the workings of Moat’s core housing databases
  • A thorough knowledge of the Capital Funding Guide.
